The scary thing is I just reformatted a few days ago and all I've installed is winamp, aim, and firefox. And of course ad-aware now.

quit your preaching.
I dualboot linux/xp - I use xp for gaming and filesharing and for when friends/family need to use the comp.
so save it for when someone cares.

sounds like the same thing I do, except I run on two machines instead of a dual boot.
