New Guy - blotter ID?

Greetings. I'm new here and am just rekindling an interest in psychedelics after a long hiatus. I haven't bought any acid since some dead shows in '90 and was recently ripped off by something that I'm curious to identify. It wasn't paper like I remember, but more like cardboard, not perforated. I took a hit and the only thing that happened was a kind of mild amphetamine lift with some very minor visuals -- not patterns or anything, more like color tints. I had a very brief giggle peak, but my mind didn't open up at all.

They called it Lavender. This was at the All Good Music festival in West by God Virginia. A lot of sketchy people there. I feel sad for those folks who might not know what LSD is all about and dismiss it after buying whatever that crap was.

BTW, I was also ripped off by then trying to buy some mushrooms and only finding 'chocolates'. I'd never heard of this before. The fella said he was selling shrooms and pulled out a bag of chocolates. I think I ended up spending $30 for a malomar or something.

Before you start to mist up at all my misfortune, I went last weekend to another West Virginia fest, Jerry's Birthday bash and got some real mushrooms.

Anyway, any ideas on what the bogus blotter might have been?

Well don't discount the chocolates!! Some fellow shroomerites here make some of the finest ones around. One candy is pretty good, 2 is a fairly good 4+ gram trip, it depends on who is making them, and how much they use per candy. Peace.

No, I'm not writing off the chocolates. I've read up since and sounds like a good idea! I did better at the second festival, methinks, becuase I let the mushrooms find me. I didn't approach the first person I heard say "shrooms."

what color was the paper hit. was it whiteish, beigeish.

if so, it is lsd, just very weak, and not too pure. had the same thing happen to me last week.

It was white with some black lines from a larger design, a Beastie Boys cover they said. Thing is, I've done plenty of quarter and half hits before but this stuff didn't even crack the door. I'm pretty sure it wasn't acid.

I've gotten some hits that were acid but were like 40-60mcg per hit and had to take two for one and four for two. This was recent but it was not the same blotter you had- it could just be how it is- weak. RCs would have probably made your stomach turn and the paper would have been extremely large- not 1/4 in. Anyway- you would have been more pissed than this. Sorry to hear about it- what a bunch of fuckheads.

It was probably lsd if a small piece of paper got you high. Just a weak dose.

Taking less then 2 of the dragons is pointless... Last summers stuff was getten me off on 1 tho.

Oh yeah, and most of the prints lately have been cardboardish and unperfed.

These are 10 dragon hits. (well the strip is skinny in one spot, fat in another. But it it is 2.5 on the dot. Most the prints now got full sheet pics of one thing and have a glossy top coat making em feel thicker and cardboardish.

Lol welcome to West Virgina! Terra Alta used to be such a great spot.. lots of bunkers out there now.. ya i say your blotter was just weak.. as for the chocolates you gotta know before hand.. ive had ppl at jerry bday bash sell me probably what turned out to be 1-1.5 chocolates for 30 and ive bought some that were probably 3-4 grams in the chocolate for 20.. West Virgina brings bad luck and shady ppl tis why i stay out of the festival scene around here and drive to them now..
