Exercise Induced Tripping * 2

Hesitant to post this but IJDGAF

I am able to induce (at will) a come up of a trip whilst working out...specifically doing upper body exercises like:

Ab vacuums
Chest Press
Tricep press
Dips
Lat pulldown
3 way deltoids
*and more*

Part of it has to do with these exercises lengthening the spine whilst simultaneously flexing the lower abs which activates an *ahem* (pardon the term) kundalini rising

Im just a bro science derp so I cant give you long scientific and latin terminology to describe it...

All I have are my anecdotes

Am I alone?

EDIT: for this to work I must hold my breath whilst completing a repetition

Maybe it’s the other way around and the come up of a trip matches some of the physical and psychological symptoms of a workout? Working out makes you feel good, it’s a natural high.

I think it must be similar to a runner's high.

Joggers and people who work out often get an intense euphoria attributed to endocannabinoids released during exercise.

I think "tripping" in your experience isn't really tripping in the classic sense. Endorphin high sure, but in my experience  a workout high doesn't compare to a chemically induced high/trip.
If it feels good and works for you, more power to ya

You have "kundalini rising" from working out? And how does that feel exactly? it makes you high or what?

Im for sure getting some heavy endorphins released

It feels like Im getting (naturally) high, but mind you Ive been exercising for over 15 years so Ive dialed in my workouts to making me feel good

Ive experienced many "classical" trips and I will only get about 5-15 seconds of that feeling if I do a REALLY strenuous one rep exercise like a heavy chest press (visual stuff included)

Ive personally experienced this feeling (while exercising) over the past few years after my multiple experiences with LSD and Psilocybin and molly since I had something to compare it to

It feels like a healthy dose of euphoria
