Just kinda odd. I am sure he's just busy or maybe got knocked down by the same virus that took me out for a couple weeks this month - but like..what do you do if your landlord does happen to get disappeared by ICE?

You need to assume his identity and cash your own cheques in his name, if your lucky no one will notice til he's 110 years old on paper

For real though I hope he is okay, we called for Chinese food yesterday and there was a very broken English message saying they are closed for an unkoen amount of time for a family emergency
