But like..I'm a little worried he got caught up in some nonsense trying to re-enter the US . My rent due date is the 10th of each month and he hasn't responded to my 'come and get your check' text from last week, which is unlike him. Usually he's super responsive and will let me know he's gonna grab it in a few days if he's busy. Usually I see him around like once a week or once every couple weeks for regular maintenance of the triplex he owns here and I haven't.

Just kinda odd. I am sure he's just busy or maybe got knocked down by the same virus that took me out for a couple weeks this month - but like..what do you do if your landlord does happen to get disappeared by ICE?
