No. For a long time I would only pay attention to the last pre-season game, and last couple years I couldn't even do that. Some of my friends who could afford it, were paying big money to go to preseason games in Chicago. Didn't make sense.

Next week it's real. It's not quite the same as sex or oxycontin, but it is stimulating the pleasure center of my brain.

Samesies, am all kinds of excited for the season. This year football should prove to be a wonderful distraction from work.

Bo Nix, like a freshman first night on the field not getting along with his new prefect. Chefs were ready.

Was one of my favorite games in recent times. Had no idea the Chiefs D was gonna look that good, but man the talent they got in the draft seems to haven replaced what they lost and then some. Bravo to Veach and Hunt family!

Also Mahomes making a statement running into traffic and defenders. Dude played fearless. And finally Walker. If that guy stays healthy teams better watch the fuck out.

Broncs were crap all around. Elite defense, not Monday night. Chiefs played like they were post-seasoned.

K9 is a good RB helped us to a SB title I was routing for him vs Denver. We miss him in Seattle.

They also have no defense and are currently one of the worst teams in the NFL.

Seriously. They only had 17 rushing yards last night. They’re genuinely awful.

Didn't hear till later that the Browns always win at home against the Steelers, Picking games straight up has gotten brutal.

Happy to be wrong last week when the Bears 3rd string QB who hadn't played since 2023 was relatively perfect and we beat the Eagles by 20. Our defense is suddenly great last 2 games, and on paper Seattle is the only quality opponent next 7 weeks. That's very weird with a 1st place schedule; explanation Patriots. If Rams get their shit together NFC West will continue to be best in conference, but right now based on record it's the North. So likely the Packers are going to come in last even if they get much better.

I think it's better to play in a tough division. You have to be ready to play good teams at the end of the season. Buffalo started as a Superbowl favorite and their 3-0, but their division sucks.

Josh Allen is bad in the playoffs so whatever their record is they lose in the post season. Seattle can't run the ball so we're a struggling after the bad decision not to resign Walker.

Yeah, it's a tough call, but I'm picking SF at Seattle. Having best record in that division is going to mean a lot at the end of the season.
