Anything above 300ug and things start getting too far out there... ive done all that ego death shit in my 20's and 30's. I'm 45 now and I only like to trip maybe once or twice a year. 2 blotters max.

any more and i feel overwhelmed physically. nausea and everything just feels too intense. mentally i get dissociated and confused but when it's over i feel great and relieved

idk if it's hypersensitivity, ASD, ADHD or a combination of all of them, but higher doses just go into the direction of chaos & entropy for me. there is no full interconnected birthday cake there

Almost always on the low end. 1g of subs is my upper limit. Acid id probably start with half a tab and do the other half two hours in.

I've tripped hard once or twice on mushrooms and it was intense

Stay sane Ella. It does get permanently different with repeated high dosing, the brain doesn't really click with it but in a way it does. Just know what you're getting into.

I love the tail end of high doses (4+ grams or 2+ strong tabs) and the points in the middle where I feel like I’m looking at the experience as a whole as a separate entity and just go “whoa”. That being said, I believe I only really enjoy that because I spent so much time idealizing the art, expectations, etc. because the come up and peak is absolutely brutal and I wonder wtf I’m doing to myself. It brings very similar feelings as doing something just to fit in.

I’ve realized over time what I actually enjoy is feeling as if I’m just about at the edge of overstimulation and I can’t shake the visuals away. I can melt a bit if I want, but can be otherwise functional albeit distracted. 1.5g or 3/4 of a tab.

I used to trip really hard, but as I've gotten older I've grown to really appreciate lower doses. I very rarely take more than 2 grams at once. I benefit more now from micro dosing and light trips, however I wouldn't change a thing about my past. Everything has its time and place.

It depends on what I'm doing. If I just want to hang out with some people, I'll probably dose them and not take any myself or take like 1-2 of whatever they're having. Alone? Let me get 12 oz of your finest san Pedro tea or Ayahuasca and let me ascend

I want to feel locked to my tripping spot, I really like 3 or more grams especially of ochra. The trip i want to have means I really need a day or 3 to simmer down after, otherwise I really like eating small mini doses all day to keep the electric ball bouncing.


One of my more profound experiences came from one gram, but I want to have that experience, the magic to come in and make me project my thoughts into my vision, to breath deeply and feel the aha! To smile at my surroundings knowing this is what all life collectively feels.

I did learn though that I have limits, even small trips can be too frequent. And lsd is too powerful for small amounts I should have gone all in.
