Shroom Dosing and Misinformation

Hi Everyone, how are ya doing today?
I have read a few posts today that irritated me. I just wanted to clairfy to everyone that I have read a lot of posts about bad trips, and a lot of people say that you won't have a bad trip off of a gram of shrooms. I want to put to rest, that you CAN have a bad trip off of shrooms on a gram or LESS. I know this because I have experienced it. Less then a month ago, I ate a HALF gram. That's right .5 gram and I had a bad trip. It also depends on the potency of the shrooms. These particular ones I got were strong, or I figured because of the fact that I got totally blitzed off of half a gram. I only ate a half gram because I was testing it because I didn't trust the people I got them from well enough to do more then a gram first without testing.

But anyways, please don't tell people that they CAN'T have a bad trip on a gram or less because it can happen and some people don't know what types of shrooms they have and their potency.

sorry if I'm sounding mean. I don't mean to. I just wanted to get this of of my chest.

does anyone agree with me? How about a discussion on this?

.5 of the BEST shrooms is barely even a trip. comparable to a buzz for bud. have you even taken a decent dose before? how the fuck did u have a bad trip off a .5 gram?

ok number one, I don't deserve to be treated like shit because I gave an opinion.

And by tripping hard off of .5 of a gram is possible. I must have had some very strong stuff because I was tripping out bad. Maybe it was laced with something but I highly doubt it.

well in reguards to that, I read about someone going on their first trip and asking what he could do to prevent a bad trip, and somone gave the answer that 1.5 to 2 grams won't give you a bad trip and more might. And ppl who are going on their first trip don't know if they're sensitive to psilocybin or not. So that's why I am saying that ppl should not say that they CAN'T have a bad trip on that dose, and that it is possible.

Take 0.5 grams of azure's and you will trip...
And I to have tripped on 1 gram or less.....but also have tripped on 5 grams but that was to much....

well I guess I should say that you shouldn't tell first time shroomers that eating 1 gram won't give them a bad trip. That is mis information right there. Because it COULD happen. I am not saying it will, but could. They'll know how sensitive they are when they shroom.

I'm a cheap drunk and a cheap shroomer lol. I have it great lol

Alright 0.5 g of the BEST, most awsome p. cubensis would NOT make a normal human trip at all, maybe a little buzz but like 2 hits off a bong will be stronger than that trip.

You must have some chemical disorder that makes you very sensitive to them, i saw it on www.erowid.com. For every other human 0.5 SUPA-CUBENSIS wouldnt do shit.

Sorry but you are wrong because you must have a sensitivity because 0.5 bad trip is BS to normal people

I didn't puke at all. I havn't puked on shrooms at all, as well, I have never felt sick after eating them.

And the trip was just freaking me out because the walls seemed to be sucking me in to a portal to hell so I got out of there, and then near the end of my trip I thought the cat was going to eat me. Some things on tv kinda scared me too. Also thinking that my room mate was going to come out of his room and find me shrooming at 4am with the tv on scared the shit out of me as well.

I know what happened to me..I forgot to mention that I had done some pot earlier in the night so maybe that's what enhanced it, but I still think it was the shrooms themselves. This message board isn't for being assholes to people. It's for information and helping each other out, not insulting one another.

Trip_Out_7 - Hey if 0.5 made you have a trip strong enough to go bad more power to 'ya! If your tolerance is extremely low its an extremely good thing! You can get enough for a normal persons trip and trip like 6 times off it(3 grams)!

Wow! I guess you really are that sensitive and/or the shrooms were very potent. You didn't take anything else that day other than weed like an SSRI (i.e. Prozac) or an MAOI (i.e. syrian rue)? That could significantly alter the trips intensity.

Eating pot is a lot different than smoking it. It lasts mauch longer, is more intense , and is more of a body high, at least for me. I ate !/4 oz one time in some brownies and was high for around 12 hours. I was so fucked up I had to call out of work. That may be part of it.

well I ate 3 cookies which had 1.5 grams in each of them. Maybe that's why I had a trip so hard on that amount

I get stoned pretty easily. I weigh 180 pounds and I am 5'8 1/2". And I was getting visuals big time on the shrooms and pot has never given me visuals lol.

how much is 4 1/2 grams of pot usually? 1/4 quarter? I don't know lol.

But the shrooms were scaring me. I don't usually get paranoid on pot.

I am cheap with alcohol (right now I'm drunk off of like 6oz) and pot, I take a couple of hoots and I'm good for a few hours and with shrooms, that .5 gram fucked me up.

a quarter of an ounce is 7 grams.....you can do the math.

It seems you had already set off on your adventure with anxiety of your roommate walking out on you and leaving a poor impression. That could do it right there. Kind of like banging another woman with your wife in the other room sleeping... Not a good way to start a relationship lol. You were anticipating interruption and worrying initially. That could have intensified or initiated your hell. A clear mind and a worry free environment would likely help induce a pleasurable experience.

As an amateur you should humbly ask questions about your experiences rather than post as if from a position of authority on the matter such as the OP.

Your OP is basically harmful disinformation because you ate too much THC not shrooms therefore your ascertation is false.

Don't post things as factual unless you know damn well they are facts.
