First mushroom grow

I have a 5 lb grow bag and 10 ml of albino penis envy spores. I am new to this and not sure how many ml to use for my first grow.

try using the native search engine or u can use google if you type site:shroomery.org in your search bar along w ur search terms.

I'm a noob, too, but to me it seems like you'd wanna add all 10cc for fastest colonization and to beat out any potential contam.... then clone your fruit on a BRF puck for infinite culture glitch. but maybe someone w more experience or a TC will answer you.

I would advise not using spores to inoculate grains directly

Ideally you would test spores on agar before putting them in your grain bag, just to make sure they are free of contaminants

Use the search function to do a bit of research on some agar teks to get the best chance of success

If you have APE genetics it's probably liquid culture. As mentioned, the best practice is to put it on agar to test it.

However, depending on the vendor, it could be clean (PS. No mentioning specific vendors around here). It's risky, but you can inject 5 or so cc to the bag and see how it plays out.

While you wait and if you really wanna get into cultivation (read: endless lifetime supply of mushrooms), read and follow The Hitchhikers Guide.

All the best!
