Is this talking about toxoplasmosis? If so cats are the main problem, if we had less cats then less animals would be infected, cows has the least amount of toxoplasmosis for all red meat, and chicken and other birds are also pretty clean of it

They say up to 50% of all humans have toxoplasmosis cysts, into the shadows just had an episode on it recently I think

I’m wipe free too, because toilet paper is for retards.

Any appeals to nature regarding diet are retarded too. The vast majority of humanity’s history lived on natural diets and the average human lived to like 25 years old up until like the 1800’s.

Things like bleached chicken are safer not less safe. It’s this type of ignorance that leads to anti vaccine attitude.

I don't know about bleached chicken, but UPF is a problem, at the very minimum it promotes overconsumption, so people get unhealthy, but I think its really worse then that, I think all those random chemicals, dyes, and food that's been stripped to support longevity on the shelf cause issues themselves

I started eating only meat for a couple months, and then meat and some whole plant foods, and I lost 40 pounds very quickly, like 10 pounds a month, now I'm in a stall, but it was just melting off for a while

I'll consider it a moral failure if I start eating doritos and oreos again, if it grows in the ground or it eats stuff grown in the ground, I think its good food

I do eat some UPF still, I'll have a few diet pops once in a while, and I use stevia almost every day which even though its a plant, I don't think is the best

Though unbleached chicken is a thing, and sold at smaller farms, bleaching is a thing they have to do I think when the chicken barns are so crowded they can't move then slaughtered in a factory and sit on a shelf at a grocery store for a while

I never said it didn't smell. Where did you read that? You need to go back to first grade and take reading comprehension.

I meant clean like no preservatives, no restaurants, and no seed oils and nothing that will make your health crash.
