My horse boss picked up 84 bales of hay yesterday. They had to be unloaded from the trailer and moved into a storage container. Instead of just letting me unload and move them myself at my own pace, my other boss insisted upon unloading them and damaged the rented trailer and fucked up 3 of the 4 mega bales in the process.

If I had been left to my own devices I could have had all 84 bales moved into the storage container before dinner was ready. Instead, I only got half of them moved in yesterday so now I get the distinct pleasure of shuffling around my plans for today so I can get the remaining bales moved.

He also outright ignored the hand signals I was giving him that would have prevented him from ripping the 3 mega bales apart but he's just cosplaying as an operator if I'm being brutally honest. It was pretty funny when he got out of the tractor and reassured me that it wasn't my fault. I was like "no shit it wasn't my fault you ignored all of my signals".

I think he has some sort of drug induced learning disability cause nothing else explains this continued stupidity.

Are you going to say this without calling out the name of the grocery store and the brand of meat? Is it tyson? I only buy halal meat and it lasts for a good 7 days. I'm able to meal prep 2 lb of it with a curry and then have it for dinner for one week.

Even though I hate trader Joe's you should check them out because they still have decent prices for their bagels and sweet stuff like cupcakes and cookies and shit like that. They have these vanilla scones that are really good. Lots of sugar.

Anyway, here's my negativity for the day:

Why the hell do I need to memorize so many fixatives for my ascp exam? Literally the only fixative doctors ever fuck with is neutral buffered formalin. Nobody uses Mercury anymore so I shouldn't have to memorize Mercury related fixatives.

We might be gettin a Trader Joe's built nearby at some point.  Dunno if that's set in stone or not or what the timetable would be on it gettin built.

Also, I'm still salty about Tropicana getting rid of the half sugar fortified orange juice boxes they used to make.  Those were the shit!  Granted, my current juice boxes rule, but I still miss my old orange juice boxes.

Halal market has all the meat that I need for half the price that it is from trader Joe's. I literally only get my balsamic vinegar from trader Joe's and that's about it. 

The chocolate doesn't taste the same that it used to and it doesn't have that pop where it cracks in your mouth. All the chocolate nowadays is soft because they use too much palm oil.

Went backpacking Labor Day weekend and the amount of idiots on the trail was unbelievable.  The whole fuckin valley was a cacophony of poorly-done animal howls from like 8-11pm.  And it was the majority of the people camping all around the lake; they didn’t even know each other.  Shut the fuck up people!!! 

The Pacific NW is beautiful but everyone and their mother hikes here and they’re all bozos

Oh and no campfires in the backcountry, you dickheads.  I am not normally for obeying laws but when a quarter of our state is on fire we should probably follow that rule.
