Do you have a place where you can plug yourself into The Mother? Are our bodies cells in a larger body? Nodes in a bioelectric consciousness network? What are the tubes that our thoughts and intentions travel through?

1. Yes.
My two favourite are the river:


and the cave where I love to camp:

over the years developing a great & deep connection with both areas.

4.sort of somewhere between an internet cable, a blood capillary and a macaroni. But nonphysical & more iridescent looking like the tunnel from Coraline.

Anywhere, independent of circumstance. Camping we did for a while with family in recent years, and jumping in a mountain creek. Amazing what can happen in flowing water, and nature in general.

We have structure in thoughts of access, like the life force in the body, tubes, nadis, wheels, which is commonly effective, but it does what it likes.

Silence, affinity, regard for well-being, the power of sound which I suppose includes its silent source.

Found old quote on the creek. "Today I had a good connection with nature, in a nicely flowing creek, and in the trees, life force. It's like an energetic initiation facing in the water flow. I noticed lately more than once, visionary phenomena, projection or extension, heightens, similar in concentration, so then I concentrated a little bit as well, and went into dharana or something."

I really like this one local Forest.



I meditate in there sometimes. I like to find quiet places there and just think, smoke weed. Feel at one with the trees.

The foliage in the autumn is beautiful.

I also go to the river a lot. I have a bench out there where I meditate. I like to watch the trains go by on the other side of the river.

I always feel a lot of energy and life coming off the river. I love looking at the stars out there.

Inspired by you guys (and the cards) to visit one of my spots today, at the confluence of two rivers




I could sense through a spirit helper (a very fast traveler) how the water interconnects, merges with the ocean, interconnects with all other rivers, underground water systems, the rain and water cycles, all living things, and deeper where water gives way to magma and the core of the Earth herself is something else, probably nuclear reactions happening and atomic energy, that which powers all.

Reminded me of Ice 9 from the Vonnegut novel Cat’s Cradle

Since moving to Ecuador, nature is all around me. I always knew it was me though, but seeing it makes it very apparent.

My special power place is a spot up in the mountains, overlooking the vista. There’s a vista here known to represent the transcendence of space & time.
