Leucistic Ecuador? Ready to harvest? * 1

I grew these from LC that's supposedly Leucistic Ecuador. Every picture of this strain I have come accross has looked different from the ones I'm growing. Can someone confirm if these are good??

Also are they ready to harvest?

They should be harvested when they feel squishy like a marshmallow.

The marshmallow test is geared towards mushrooms of PE lineage, who's veils will break before they are ready
