i just chop the very ends off. just the stem part and the bottom thingy, and eat it skin and all, although the skin probably has good nutrients, it probably also has pesticides, but it isnt very strong tasteing or particulary offensive, but it isnt tasty like the green part either

does anyone think chicken is easy to overeat? especially dark meat?

i can eat 175g eye of round steak, and its like 40g protein and not much fat (although i add my own fat, 50g which brings the total to like 60g) and it is enough food for me

just now i ate 7 drumsticks with skin which was 115g protien and 40g fat, and it dosnt even register as a meal to me, i could have probably ate another 7 before i felt satiated

but chicken loaded with the right spice rub taste very good, its a nice change from the steak
