How much time should elapse between taking Adderall and doing shrooms?

I have ADHD. I took a 10mg tablet of prescribed amphetamine salts before I realized that it might cause a bad interaction with shrooms. I had been thinking of doing shrooms this weekend but now it looks like I may need to cancel. Do I need to spend a week or so of letting my dopamine network (for lack of a better term) recover from the Adderall and get back down to normal before I use shrooms, lest I have mania risk?

I have a bipolar-2 sister, but I myself have had no mania.

I take 15/day normally, my last trip (a week ago) I took 5 just as a holdover, and then a solid shroom dose like 30m later, and that was great. Within reason, the stim's mild euphoriant aspect would probably, if anything, help a bit. I skipped today in full (woke up too late) and the withdrawl headspace is dogshit, wouldn't want to trip in this head at all lol. Maintenance dose FTW.

One of the best trips I ever had was after half a tablet of ritalin (not sure of dose). Then took some mushrooms.

I have ADHD (but didn't know at the time) and it cleared my mind.
