This stew can take you steps in the right direction (also with action) (or just be very good for you (and prob others)

This stew is very good

It can take you/make you take steps in the right direction (with your action) and other thingies

Really powerful, make no mistake

If you cant take steps in the right directio n even with the stew it will still be really good for you and prob others
Not sure its possible to not take steps kn the right direction from it

Its chopped onions and carrots and sardines and olive oil, one cup, and water till an inch or two below the top of the pile of very good food and

Bay leaf or two and salt and pepper and the outer onion layers on top, the peels

Cooked for 6 - 7 hours

It is one of the very very best things make no mistake

Im speaking from personal experience

It fixes it (the routine) a little

One bowl can make you meditate half an hour for example

The positive change in action is supposed to stay
Thats best

It doesnt always

But if you keep making it you can maybe do better and better from it

Approximate back to back as closely as possible

It is always very good for some things, weather its action or mental things maybe progress etc.

The stew can inmprove your moves

One or several steps a day

It has different benefits from day to day

It will maybe not take you in thf right direction, maybe it will, im a little more than 50 % certain, but it has many benefits, also on moves, at least 10 - 100 a day i think

A bowl
