Is anyone experimenting with Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) * 2
    #29231790 -

Its one of the major herbs of Ayurvedic medicine, supremely available from India (50 bucks for 1kg extract of 50% bacosides = 4000 doses)

Its great for enhancing memory, like psilocybin it increases neuroplasticity so it builds your brain, its good against anxiety, depression, ADHD, alzheimers, parkinsons.

The herb is in use for thousands of years and, well, the Hindus named it after the Supreme God, recommend it for memorizing scriptures and as a memory and life extender.

It takes several weeks to come on.

I ran through 120 capsules/days and notice marked improvement in memory, mind clarity and mood.

It's a nootropic (smart drug) with relatively few side effects, centuries of use and lots of research done on it. It's cheap and noncontroversial.

If you're in school it can improve your grades.

Is anyone in on this?

I'm running out of excess spending money for supplements.  I've taken it on and off for a couple months maybe, never really take anything consistently because of money issues.  I kinda need to give up most of the supplements I take really.  Anything over $5/month is a little too much for me now days cause it all adds up.

The supplements really have changed my life for the better while I was taking them though and led to a lot of good things.  Just gonna have to let that go though...

For most of the normies out there, an operating system is just a bootloader for Google Chrome.

And I don't know what the mantis is praying for
But he's probably just thanking the Lord
That he don't live in a home
And he don't got a phone
And he don't sit around all angry and bored
(He's just a bug)

Leave it to the country big on reincarnation to create a new form of cigarette.

the herbs are medicinal but to smoke them? no!

One better tosses it in a pot of hot water to make herbal tea.

I definitely found i wanna get serious with Brahmi after my 16 euro Amazon bottle of 120 pills, it really sharpens my pencil, mentally.

I bought a kilo of standardized extract containing 50% bacosides straight from India for little over 25 euros (they upped the price after i filled my order, hi5 God  )

If I loosely fill 00 capsules with the extract with zero tamping, they're in the 250mg range - just right.

That kilo will last me 12 years (freezer) and with caps costs me <50 euros, caps included, instead of 530 euros at Amazon.

I took bacopa for about a year after a brain injury and I did find it helped with memory and getting rid of general "brain fog". Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to keep taking it. Glad it's working for you!
