An unethical, amoral, uncompromised AI might just say something like that.

Oh, I didn't really read or understand what was going on yet. my brain saw unstoppable force meets immovable object first and decided to intrusively make a terrible joke.



Bills get submitted to congress and congress never passes anything because of how corrupt and stubborn it is.

No idea about shovenkov, would doubt it is still going.  Stable Diffusion is the most modular one at the moment. Would suggest watching a video on getting ComfyUI or InvokeAI setup if you have an NVIDIA GPU, they are the best front ends for stable diffusion currently. If you don't have a graphics card that can handle it, lots of websites that host their own SD setups you can use remotely
