I'll be 49 in a few weeks.  I feel as young as ever on the inside, just some morning aches and pains... and maybe some after work but the amount of energy is use up in a work day has me actually working to gain some weight back.  I run circles around dudes between 20 and 30 who just can't keep up
Getting old is weird but for me, it's not like everyone seems to think it is
