I would believe that soon has to become a discussion. It will be recognized in the near future that AI can perform better at certain jobs than some humans could.

Will there be an affirmative action situation ensuring that someone less qualified for a job must be hired over a robot that is more capable, and trained exactly to the specifications of the job?

Not only is Elon not right, he's trying to be the one to lead this innovation. OpenAI told Elon to fuck off.

Not that Sam is any better, the ramifications of AI is already present, and the growing curve is going to cause more wealth inequality on a scale we've never seen. It will make like the transfer of wealth from covid seem like childs play.

Honestly, AI is such a cool concept, but in practicality, it's quite disturbing.

Then again, I, for one, am totally cool with robot overlords taking over the human race.

I actually agree, partly :lol:. If I could get a perfectly cooked mcdonalds AI hamburger and it takes the job away from a teenager who wouldve dropped my pickles on the floor and used them anyways, sign me up. Looks like you gotta mow lawns from now on kid, or learn to fix AI robots...
