Id Pls

Area- North Ga in some leaves on the edge of the woods
Gills- Brown with some Purple
Caps- 1 3/4 to 1 1/2 inches
Stem- Hollow 4 3/4 to 3 1/4
Spore Print- Brown

Soon as i picked these they were brusing a purple-blue color. The color of the mushrooms were almost the color as shown in the picture when they were found.

Those are Cortinarius, from genus Sericeocybe. There are several species that are very similar in appearance to them. Cortinarius are very difficult to identify accurately to species.

Although probably not poisonous, I wouldn't eat them. There are a few species of Cortinarius that are deadly poisonous, but the vast majority are unknown, mostly due to the difficulty of identifying them accurately.
