I found these in some woods by a cow pasture, just curious as to what they are.

:as stated before, found in North Central FL.
:The gills are kind of a brown-peach colow, same as the spore print.
:Caps range from 1 inch to almost 2. Stem was 3 inches long.
:The stem is light tan, thin and hollow.
:no bruising

THANKS

Were they growing directly from wood or from the ground? That spore print (unless my monitor is showing me the wrong color) falls into the pink category. That suggests that your mushroom is either a Pluteus or an Entoloma, depending on habitat.

Happy mushrooming!

This thread is 12 years old, why did you feel the need to bump it?

Always keep your foes confused. If they are never certain who you are or what you want, they cannot know what you are like to do next. Sometimes the best way to baffle them is to make moves that have no purpose, or even seem to work against you.
