It was actually really hard for me to see wharf rat the other night....it sounded so very beautiful but it really made me miss him. It's always been one of my favorite Jerry tunes. :frown:  Still I feel really lucky to have all the fond memories of him. :heart: And I still stay on the Jerry side at shows in his honor. :heart:

Doesn't fit right, I'd have to crop it. I'll give it a try some other time, I don't feel like messing with it. I don't know what programs are on this system, it would be much easier at my personal computer.

You know they added this verse when cassidy died....valentines 1968 was the first time they played it like that, it was at the carouselle ballrom, they dedicated the second set to the memory of neil cassidy and then played that song like that for the first time. Before then they had a different verse that just didn't fit...it was like they were waiting for something to make it whole. I've got the bootleg somewhere it's quite a show.
