Try taking a dramamine or other motion sickness pill about an hour before you dose. Also, make sure you consume the mushrooms on an empty stomach so the urge to throw up is reduced. I usually chew on gum after eating the mushrooms to help reduce the "mushroom flavored burps" I get after eating them.

Usually the nausea will go away if you just relax for an hour or so. Lie down someplace comfortable (with a bucket nearby in case it becomes very serious) and wait for it to pass.

yes tranceport=quality beats, esp number ten, lost tribe's gamemaster, jesus what a great trip tune. check some of oakenfold's other stuff too, his essential millenium mix is worth a look--all of his mixes are. sasha's stuff tends to be a little darker but I like it. carl cox is great. get on one of the shoutcast trance radio stations, there are some real good ones out there.

This space for rent.

What I think he means by controlling the trip is that you are in control, your not going to so something you dont want to and you can always get out of wherever you are, not that you are trying to force the trip. Do a lower dose and dont eat anything for 6 hours before you trip. I get bad trips a lot the first time I do a new drug because I always want to get a 'good' experience but them I am overwhelmed with it, and the first time I am usually not very careful leading up to the trip. Treat them with respect and they will show you the way.

I agree with Newt. Mushrooms trips are much more pleasant if you just go with the flow and let go of yourself.
