protein folding is way far away from DNA replication. maybe you should try to explain what "non homologous end joining" is in your own words to show that you have some basic understanding.

Proteins are composed of amino acids, which do not necessarily copy-and-paste in perfect order, in case of genetic experimentation.

prions are caused by conformational abnormalities (tertiary and quaternary structure) in proteins. those are very different from first order structural abnormalities caused by amino acid "copy-and-paste" errors, which are typically unimportant when they happen during translation since lots of proteins are ultimately created from mRNA and those errors occur a small percentage of the time. All that is completely different from nonhomologous end joining in DNA repair though, and that's what I asked you to explain in your own words. You get an F- on your post for being offtopic and inaccurate. The minus is for bad penmanship.

C19 status update.  Day 5-7ish:

Kept waking up to those excruciating muscle cramps on calves and lower back last night.  Cough has more or less subsided.  Thank god for that.  Because it was beginning to take a toll and my throat is torn up from it but mostly my head needed the break bc the pressure from coughing over and over so hard was causing nasty headaches.  Lost a lot of phlegm that way.  Now All that’s left seems to be the moderate fatigue, cold chills, and congestion.

Just had a nice bowl of spicy southern sausage soup w/ veggies. & a bananas & mango yogurt smoothie. 

Dank af sick food 👍.

When I finally get this I’ll be so miserable.

Masks were mandatory at the dentist office today. I panicked because all my masks are in a pile of melted chocolate and topsoil in my trunk. They had me covered tho.

My mom went on a trip last week that turned into a superspreader event and most of her friends got infected. She dodged the bullet again.

3,500 monkeypox cases in the US. Looked into getting vaccinated since I’m in the middle of some kind of slut phase, but you have to be a close contact of a confirmed case in Maryland. :shrug:

QUick question for the experts here... is it EVER Possible that the corona virus mutates into something way more deadly? Or will it basically forever just be similar to the flu in that it's constantly developing?


I just feel like now a days, no one is really scared of it anymore because you don't hear about people dying from it as much.

hydrate yourself extra. generally thins phlehm makes it easier to pass, tends to ease cramps.
