Help please!

Hi would anyone help me out with advice on the easiest way I can grow some shrooms? I'm really desperate to try as have horrible migraines all day everyday & am now crying for most of the day too. I've tried many times but have so far only managed to grow mould. I've recently tried the 'inject & forget' bags but can't even seem to do manage that. Would anyone advise me on the easiest way please? Much thanks in advance & wishing you all health & happiness!

Probably the best option would be starting with the pf-tek. Don't change any step in the protocol a don't take shortcuts.

Questions like this might be better fielded over on the cultivation board.

I agree with VP123, PF tek would be a good way to go. There have been many updates to PF Tek, so it is better than it's ever been.
