The whole point was to get through this latest pandemic with the least life lost as posible, and a fuckload less would have died, notwithstanding the initial carehome disaster, if the fucking idiot Trump, and his feral retarded fuckwit suppporters hadn't politisised...a fucking disease.

In other news... so I had covid. It got pretty bad.. I was out of work for 7 days. Went back to work after that wearing a mask of course...


But even now, 2 weeks later, I still have congestion, sometimes a cough, and just sort of feel not 100%.. have weakness, and it seems my sense of smell is still not back to normal either.




It's just amazing how people literally don't care, and are going out KNOWING they have covid, and intentionally spreading it to others.

I am so blessed to be alive and have survived that's for sure. ....


the body aches got pretty severe there I was worried for like half a day.

All thanks to the vaccine no doubt. I'd probably have been in the hospital otherwise.



The only thing that worries me is that this dang thing is probably going to keep evolving and as morrowasted said earlier that at this point, Covid is never going to go away- And I can potentially see this thing mutating into something way more deadly than it is now.




One thing I do want to say, is that I'm SO HAPPY that I lived in a world BEFORE covid... Like at least I have those good memeories of body thumping sweaty massive crowds grinding music festivals and such.



Kids these days just don't know how good life was before covid.

I got covid pay from March 2020 to June 2020... then despite being an essential employee, and even with another big pandemic wave coming it ended.  Was bullshit.  Total reason I left that company.
