Yea, it's a really specific population and situation. Hard to generalize.
I hate that article though, because it's essentially recommending masks for the near future. I'm so goddamn sick of masks :lol:

I'm not ... in fact I kind of like masks it makes me feel a little more secure, like putting a sweater on you know...

. I'm a very private person so it just makes me feel safer wearing a mask. Almost like a mental thing you know... like hiding your eyes with sunglasses.

I don't think they care what you think about their decision. Why don't you go tell them in person and see how that goes

The article already noted facilities will begin to weigh a staff shortage against covid cases to see which is costlier

They don’t have a choice. If a healthcare facility accepts Medicare or Medicaid payments, they must vaccinate their staff or lose that funding. Nearly every health facility in the country receives Medicare payments.

I know what you mean, and like, goin to the grocery store- whatever. Sitting on the train, yea totally its nice to have some shields up.

But wearing a mask at the gym just sucks. I know I know, oxygen levels stay fine, sure, but I feel like i'm overheating.
And I just started an in-person sculpture class. Mask+safety glasses= instant fog. So fucking annoying. And theres a bunch of sweet chicks in that class, but I can't understand a goddamn word they're saying.
I'm generally a happy guy that smiles at people, trying to make their day a little brighter.. can't do that with a mask on, its a bummer. :shake:

At the gym? No thanks. Gotta be super annoying for sure. And the fog struggle is real... yeah.

I mean I guess you're right about masks.. they do sort of suck in many situations.

Thank goodness I don't have a job that I have to wear one all day. I might feel differently about them if I did.

But one thing I WILL Say is wearing a mask in the winter time is clutch....

Like..... I should have been wearing a mask my whole life when it's cold AF outside.

Is that true? Idk. It’s irrelevant. Making a slave wear a mask to show obedience has nothing to do with wearing a mask in public to help prevent the spread of a disease.
