Why cant you just let the anti-vaxxers die for what they signed up for? I know you want a covid free world NOW! BUT YOU CANT HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WANT RIGHT NOW YOU SPOILED BRAT

And maybe hospitals are liable to fill up because admittedly: we are a poorly managed and poorly prepared and unhealthy society and this is what will help us improove and its maybe good for us to admit we need bigger better hospitals if we are so unhealthy and increasingly becoming more prone to disease and new pandemics.

Ever wonder how great the vax our low vaccancy ICUs will be when a brand new way more deadly and contageous non-corona virus comes out?

Ps. I have taken the pfizer but did not magically become inclined to behave like an informant

Now that we arent in Afganistan anymore spending a billion dollars per day over there, we should build pandemic hospitals in all major cities with all that money, and they can even tax the unvaxed to operate them

Your head is made of stone. Thats not going to happen no matter how much you complain. Its psyically impossible! They screwd it all up  with the mandates. They could have reverse psychologied the population by simply advising to take the vax and imposing a tax or fine penalty for unvaxed covid patients who show up to the hospital

Can we please start banning people from this important public health thread who are making the thread go in a dumb, ego-driven direction not based on science?
I thought this thread part 3 and part 2 were supposed to be more heavily moderated.

Theres needs to be a better compromise. Mandates and vax passports are bad and wont last or be properly enforced for long. They should incentivise people with penalties for getting hospitalized umvaxed to either get vaxxed or practice more caution. that would be more effective and less imflamatory than mandates and passports.

I think you should be blaming the media and Faucci for making people being so skeptical of the vax instead of blaming their stupidity. Its a natural fact that basically 80% of Americans are stupid. How do you manage a stupid herd? I think its better done through careful psychological tactics rather than stupid brute force.

Plus take some of that Afganistan money and make more ICUs because more pandemics be on the way

The penalty would be seperate. Say $5000 fine on top of your bill if you show up to hosital woth Covid unvaxed? Hows that sound?

the reaction to the pandemic in the US has been a total dumpster fire at every level. at least makes me feel better about where I live, antivax numbers are very low in comparison.

The threat of a large fine if you show up with Covid is way more convincing and believable to the average stupid american than "omg theyre getting intubated"

To get an idiot to believe you, you dont try to scare them with stories. It would be better to simply state an ultimatum, "we will get rich as fuck off of your hospitalization by fining you for getting sick, theres a free vax for you to avoid it, but by all means, get sick with covid lil buddy, if you dont mind being forced to pay the $5000 fine out of pocket so that we can build more ICUs" Problem solved imo.

More people would flock to get the vax under those pretenses.

You say $10,000 but a lot of people will have insurance, and most people havent considered the hospital bill especially when many believe they neglect hospital bills for life, but not paying the IRS for instance can result in loss of property which is how the fine would be regarded

First off, fining people for seeking healthcare is an insane public health policy. We shouldn’t be discouraging sick people from getting care, we should be discouraging them from getting sick in the first place.

Once again, these people don’t believe they will get sick. They believe they have a cure. They think “if it’s my time it’s my time.” As soon as they do get sick and start to worry their sheep dewormer isn’t working their entire mindset changes.

Ok but we can agree that its impossible at this point to get everyone vaxed to satisfactory levels and agree that the media, faucci, biden they all mishandled the discussion, the population is hopelessly skeptical, and totalitarianism wont work, riots and futher degenration of US society will occur, them civil war perhaps. So what do? once we get over the 6 stages of grief finally at the 6th stage of acceptance that mission failed?

That's not true at all koods.

I personally never said or thought i wouldn't get sick.

I just think if I do get sick (unless I already have) I'll fight it off as I've fought off every other virus and not with the use of what j consider insane treatment methods like the ones described in this thread that some people are apparently trying

These people think if you have bad side effects from taking ivermectin it means you were infected with parasites and it’s curing you of that too. This shit is insidious.
