Its great to hear sucsess stories. Its sounds like you've got it down pat. Simplicity is the key. Just let the casing do what its designed to do. Theres no need for humidifiers. Just give your casings plenty of fresh air, and don't let it dry out, mist when needed, and the result is healthy, potent, proportional mushrooms.

Now you need to try an outdoor casing, its so simple, and the results are beautiful mushrooms the way mother nature intended them to be. She does almost all the work for you. The only down side to outdoor patches is insects. Its a never ending battle: shroomer vs. bugs. Its about the equivelent of indoor grower vs. contamiantion.

Again, its good to hear you were sucsessful in your attempt.

The Lizard,

An update:
I got 76 grams (2.7 ounces) for first flush of ryche's b+, using only 3 1/4 pint jars.
The substrate was quinoa, amaranth, rye and a little ground flax seed and some vermiculite (1/3 total).
AWESOME!!! (at least for the cakes standarts)
again....THANKS LIZARD
