wouldn't be horrible in my opinion...97 tour are must haves! 12/13/97 is SICK!!! ghost>mikes is awesome..that mikes is crazy! and the 18 minute ya mar to open the show! such a great show...check out my sick phish concert thread...those are great shows.

I don't have all of those, I have a few but not to much. My friend who's on his way over So_Dak_Stranger here at the shroomery has much more than me, maybe I'll find him a nice one out of there.

Thats mainly because we havent heard them...I would probably like Phish if they are as good as everyone says

I think that a lot of "older" heads don't like Phish so often because they might expect them to sound like the Dead?

I mean, Phish and the Grateful Dead are often linked to one another, but their sounds are actually quite different.

If I had to put it simply...

Phish = more jazzy

GD = more folky


It's their IDEAS of music and community that link the bands so closely together, IMO.... :smile:
