Nice, I'm fluffing my house up for an appraisal tomorrow. Pulling my equity out for remodeling.

Its pretty exciting, kind of scary I have been in this house over two years already but time slows fore no one.

Congratulations wonder boy, owning a home can be a great thing in your life.

When someone bumps an old thread like this and drops a link to some recommendation I usually think spammer. And if you look back through this user's post history, it looks like literally every post contains a link to something, though the text may otherwise look like a reasonably topical response.
