Holy shit!  No, you didn't!  I'm trying to remember what happened.  I think you weren't able to get a hold of a portion of his transcript.  Looks like you found it!  Jesus Christ, he was the biggest snitch I've heard of.  What do you think his deal was?  He believed in the psychedelic movement, but snitched on people.  Is it that he felt that he personally was so important to the movement that everyone else could be sacrificed in order to keep him free to do his work?

So basically what I’ve come to the conclusion of is that he has just always been a criminal and he figured out that by being a rat he’d get insider info of how to evade cops to do even more criminal things. I truly believe everything he did was for the advancement of himself and no one else. He was just moving chess pieces on a board to make sure he go check mate. Although the ended up getting fucked in the end. I believe he’d have never been caught too if not for him teaming up with skinner. The police had no idea what he was doing up until skinner ratted.

I have so many documents now. I’ll put out a file dump here in a couple of days of what I’ve got. They weren’t cheap to get but we’ve got them now. I wish to god I could get Pickard’s testimony still but alas every single transcript is locked up tight and sealed. They are for lawyers eyes only. Also there are some of the skinner transcripts sealed as well that I can’t get along with many witnesses. But what I have is very informative.

Also Pickard recently won the appeal he’s been battling for 16 years. The reason this thread was started in fact. He finally got skinner CI file released. I haven’t bought that one yet but I will probably be doing that tomorrow. I’m very excited to read it. Although some stuff if apparently redacted it’ll be cool to finally be able to publish that.

Also one of the things you’ll learn from reading these transcripts is Pickard’s doses were weak. I’m not going to directly quote but this is the gist. Recovered and talked about during trial were 39.5 kilos of precursor ergocrsitine. A note was found in one of the vehicles when Pickard was arrested. It said 1 kilo of ET equals 20 millions doses. If dosing 100 mics then you get 10,000 doses per gram. 20 million  X 39.5 kilos equals 790 million hits. Divide that by 10k to get how many grams they made. You’ll arrive at 79 kilos. This is more double than double the original amount of precursor. Which means Pickard’s doses were being sold well under the 100 mic threshold. More like 50 mics to be realistic.

You may be right about Pickard.  We may never know for sure, but I can see how you'd say that.
