First grow question

I am growing GT and put my cakes in the fruiting chamber 4 days ago. This is my first grow so I still have a lot to learn. What I want to know is why do these 2 cakes have mushrooms that have different visual characteristics. The ones on the left cake are noticeably thicker and have a darker cap. Why are they different although they are the same sub species? Thanks!

Multispore genetics.  Don't stress it.  Mushrooms are mushroons and the pros are still trying to figure out the specifics.

For example.  The two outdoor photos in my sig are from the same spore print.  But look how different they all look.
