At what point should one consider switching to bags? I'm looking to expand to having 20-30 active 54qt tubs at any given moment.  I've been using quart jars so far.  Can you point me toward a bag tek?

I was doing 50-100 jars cooked a week. And that was right when i was like yea fuck this time to do bags, then moving life job etc.. and ive been doing not a lot for the last almost year now. Gotta jump back on

That's where I want to be within a few months.  I pretty much went all in using your unmodded tub tek, just bought another 50lbs of oats, just bought a 2nd pressure cooker, etc. How do I pivot to bags without having to change too much of my infrastructure? I searched "bulk" in the Advanced Myco forum, the results are overwhelming.  Is there a bulk tek modifier to your tub tek? I read several posts talking about horse poo, and I can't use that in my apartment.

I don't imagine I'd be able to eye ball a very precise pour of LC. I want to get enough in there to colonize it at a predictable rate so its ready for substrate after my tubs 2nd flush but it could also be easy to pour to much making the grain a little too wet. But either may not be much of an issue.

I'm using syringes.

Got some bags friends. Went from PC’ing enough grain for three tubs at once to enough for 8 tubs at ounce. Running two prestos.
