Stalled homebrew

Hey all. I was brewing a stout that stalled around 3.5%. It's not awful, but it's not great, either.

Is there anything I can use the stuff for (other than drinking)?

Decant it.
Warm it up.
Add fresh yeasties.
Finish ferment.

If you don't want to restart it, then in answer to your question you can cook with it. For example add meat and boil it down. Use it as a marinade, experiment.

I'm old, before the "game" stuff on the internet, I remember some of the dating advice used to tell people to basically be "manly" - one example was having good cooking recipes that involved beer (e.g. steak and ale pie). Beer is a "man" thing so if you can cook well with it you are doing something a woman would never do herself - it's showing a dimension independent of her but the value is still something she can access (by coming over and eating the food).

The recipes tend to work best with what we in England call beer rather than lager.
