I'm not sure if they're a gateway to psychosis, the key to a deeper reality or totally meaningless. I wanted to share the most insane coincidence that I calculated the odds of and figure it's around 1 in 2,000,000,000.

So, I became obsessed with the crisis in Venezuela after interviewing a Venezuelan prostitute that I met in the Dominican Republic in Feb-2018. I met a lot of Venezuelans online, in those early days, but only stayed close with three. I created fundraisers and collected a bunch of baby formula and medical supplies to send to Venezuela. One contact (now my fiancee) suggested I send them to IAHULA. It's a small university hospital in a small town. She offered to take the donations to the hospital for me. At the same time, I was chatting with a Venezuelan cam girl who was living in Colombia. She told me she didn't really have any connections to Venezuela apart from the aunt who raised her.

I ship the supplies to the town of IAHULA and wait (it takes around 2 weeks). During that time, my fiancee tells me that she can't find flights back to the small town and she's on the opposite side of the country. She couldn't take the supplies to the hospital and I knew no one else. Now, humanitarian aid is illegal and trusting starving strangers isn't the best idea. I was fucked. Worse, the people who needed it were fucked. Like any loser, I got drunk and decided to vent to the camgirl.

The camgirl looks confused when I mention IAHULA. I try to explain what it is and she says "I know. My aunt is a nutritionist there."

Her ONLY connection in Venezuela just so happens to work in the small-town hospital where I sent these supplies. She broke her anonymity contract with the studio and got fired to help me. We saved dozens of lives. It sounds insane, but I think "What if it was all supposed to happen that way? What if one of those kids grows up to change the world?"

You should look into the concept of Earth Coincidence Control Office (ECCO) proffered by the late John C. Lilly. Your story would be a prime example of its workings.

That was no mere 'coincidence,' that my friend was a synchronistic event.

I've had dozens of them in the past 4-6 years. So much so that I did some research into this phenomenon. In short, these synchronistic events are your 'guardian angels' way (or the Universe, depending on your POV) of letting you know that you're on the right path.

Once you understand what these things are, you will start getting them all the time. You will also get signals on what your next move in life should be. But, you have to pay close attention and try to notice the things (or ideas/concepts) that keep repeating in your life.

The Universe, God, or spirit guides (whatever concept works for you) use three primary means to communicate things to us: dreams, other people, and synchronistic events. When you start getting messages in all three forms, it's wise to take the advice.

That's unreal, man. That's really how I was perceiving it these smaller coincidences. It's almost like it's saying "you're going the right way."

Honestly, it's so complex, man. I could write a book. The points I always try to bring up, because media is so corrupt lately: Venezuela was offered humanitarian aid when things got severe around 2016. Delcy Rodriguez announced that Venezuela would accept the aid. Maduro's paranoid ass, made her get on TV and say "There is no crisis. There is enough food to feed four Venezuela's." She said this as children were starving to death in every hospital in the country.

As for Guaido, he is the constitutionally correct president of Venezuela. We basically backed him up with a giant bluff and hoped to scare the military into revolt. At this point, it's pretty damn apparent that there isn't going to be any real military intervention. People are lot more lukewarm on Guaido now because he's been saying he had the US military at his command (which was our advice to him) and it's pretty clear that he doesn't. I don't foresee this ending any time soon. The military and collectivos are the only ones with weapons and are the only ones that can overthrow Maduro. Unfortunately, he has taken his most trusted people and basically said "fuck everyone else." He's just trying to stay alive.

4) You are expected to expect the unexpected every minute, every hour of every day and of every night.

to me this is the entry point into what acim calls miracle readiness. life is a little too coincidental if you pay attention like a movie almost but less obvious, more obvious on awareness enhancing drugs. following the clues in your storyline can really open things up and make life a lot more interesting

Not that I do or don't endorse it, but Aleister Crowley believed that an awakened being should view every turn of one's life as an aspect of the will of one's Holy Guardian Angel. I.e., that the course of one's life is never random, but always has meaning and something to teach. That it unfolds according to a plan. This also echoes what Hindus believe, imo.

Synchronicities - the miracles of everyday life, I like to call them - are my 'manna from Heaven.' At first I only noticed them while on psychedelics, but that was almost 50 years ago. For example, my wife and I began to watch the show Chernobyl this week and we are horrified at the first and second episodes. They're giving the population Iodine pills hundreds of miles away but not saying why. I remember the 1986 event, but in recent years I am much more concerned with Fukushima. The next day I get a new therapy client. During the clinical interview when I'm asking her about medical conditions that might be pertinent, she tells me about the thyroid disease that has made her life a painful endocrine nightmare. It turns out she is Romanian and was contaminated 200 kilometers away by Chernobyl! This was this week, but synchronistic phenomena are part of a transcendental organizing factor according to Jung, and they seem to illustrate a certain determinism that you allude to. Jung called this transcendental factor the SELF, but the words Tao and God are the corresponding religious idioms. As one of the Quicksilver Messenger Service blurts out on their 1969 Happy Trails album (during Mona I think) while the crowd was probably all tripping their faces off: "Call it anything you want!"

that would certainly be an ascribed to technique for potentially achieving a 'reaction'. it would also echo what can be ascribed to as a 'functional consciousness' and a 'metacognizance', or could be useful in deriving an 'ethics'.

If you take mushrooms everything seems to change in a unison, in order. Say you're watching cows and rabbits, they all move like they were in a cog. It's because Nature is a mind. Seeing coincidences is just seeing the mind of Nature at work.
