True dat. But it's the idiots who focus on the farts when most of the methane is released from burps. (I shit you not...https://climate.nasa.gov/faq/33/which-is-a-bigger-methane-source-cow-belching-or-cow-flatulence/)

But this is also from the factory farm system feeding cows shit like corn and soybeans which they never evolved to eat.

Post is undated. The question is relevant though as about 90% of "large animal biomass" - animals, basically, that you can see - is us and our farm animals like cows, pigs, sheep, water buffaloes, goats, yaks, and chickens, ducks, turkeys, etc. You introduce food-digested-with-difficulty to methane producing ruminants and !SURPRISE! you get more methane.

It's not just NASA. The US Dept. of Defense considers climate change to be the #1 threat to domestic security. Funny how the politicians don't listen.
