Grow bag fusarium(?) contam question

Hi all. I have a filter patch bag with Phoenix oyster on a mix of agricultural waste products. It's got what I think must be fusarium judging by the crazy orange color. What's weird is the location: right at the filter patch as you can see in the pics. Is this a sign of a bad patch? If it contaminated while I was filling the bag or was a result of insufficient sterilization, wouldn't it be more dispersed throughout? I'm trying to nail down where I'm going wrong. (Also I know the bag is over-full, i got carried away.)

Another question: for disposal I'm planning on pressure cooking the bag for 90 minutes and then hot composting- will that be ok?

I'm guessing contams got through the patch since the rest of the bag seems to be colonized? Yeah you can do that. I normally just toss
