Anyone had any luck finding subs in Newcastle / Hunter region? I've been a bit short of luck, but still optimistic! Would love to hear if anyone else has had any success!

Hey tgnizon,

I live local in Newcastle and a newbie to this caper mate, but as far as I know and have heard there are subs about in Newcastle. In saying that, I think after reading through past NSW threads and all the valuable information people share, it isn’t cold enough yet and minimal rain about.
I have spent at least 50 hrs foraging in the last couple of weeks and found plenty of fungi, but nothing active.
I feel I’m getting my eye in and that first find isn’t far away. If your keen for a hunt, send me a message and we will have a crack. Two sets of eyes are better than one.
