yo! currently jobless and looking for work, its been a year + and my finances are starting to crumble. I went to school to avoid doing manual labor and I've recently found myself doing manual labor just to make ends meet, the cosmic joke.

Other than that I cannot complain. I am freelancing and trying to create my own brand, I see the sun rising over the horizon...

honestly, the money is cool.  I have a new found respect for anyone who does manual labor and construction. I never thought about the manpower/engineering it takes to transform a design from a 2d design on paper into the real world.

Hell yeah. Manual is hard but hence why it has good pay. And yeah small battle won, the war still goes on, but at the very least sending the message right? That was the goal of the folks down in denver. Now we just need something like that in boulder... IMO it wont even be much of a vote if they doit here lol.

Ditto on cushioned life for awhile atleast. Still not horrible, but definitely got it's ups and downs.

Mothers day is going great. Made a few specials for the restaurant I work in, fresh salmon cakes on a strawberry arugula salad with an orange vinaigrette and a BC spot prawn risotto with bacon and asparagus.

On a side note I just popped 7 more auto flowers, that brings the count up to 20 all day.
I'll probably have to kill a few males in the mix but hoping for at lest 12-14 females. :rockon:

Dude that food sounds dank as hell! And hell yeah on the plants always good new. But atleast with males you can grab some seeds and such.

Thanks man was a good day. Called moms nice and early so I wouldn't forget.

And nah ill be killing the males soon I see sacks lol outdoor is already shitty enough as it is, don't want seeds in the bud.

Forgot to mention my poppies started popping too, thought they weren't going to take so I dumped the whole bag of seeds in the garden... looks like ill have more then enough now lol

Hell yeah. Ditto called mom right as woke up. And I meant you could use the seeds produced when cut down and look up ways to feminize them. There's some decent teks using colloital silver (check spelling.) And sweet bout poppies thats pretty neat. Always good to have a balanced garden :smile:

life is good since i retired a year ago i spent 46 years in the ironworking game and the last 30 of them working on that small island near laguardia airport in queens nyc.
  i was on the methadone program for a very long time and switched to suboxone about 6 years ago. back in my teens i tripped a lot;mostly on sunshine and blotter acid. at 64 year's of age i wouldn't begin to know where to score hallucinogens so i've decided to grow mushrooms which brings me here to this very informative site.

so i've failed to grow any weed or mushrooms and i have basic garden out back but i'm trying to move away from apartment and i'm sad i'm still stuck cold like this:frown:

Well fungi IMO can be easier to control in small settings. You also do not have to worry AS MUCH about lights or electric bills which is nice. But being part of this community, you will figure out what you do and don't enjoy doing.
