In the same boat but slowly returning to normal. Time , focus. get a career, basically need to occupy my mind and not be stuck in my own head as much ya know? Sure lots on here feel the same way, hence why such a great community to help cope with the shit of this world :smile:

2019 has been real rough so far. In 5 months so much shit has happened I cannot even type it out. It got to the point any news I get I just assume it is bad.

Very respectable way to look at it. Are you a martial artist as well? I do lots of Quigong meditation and such mostly because still recovering from labrum repair surgery.

Thats great. One of the things that has gotten me through life is martial arts. Given me discipline and patience to stick with it and not give up. Granted not always able to help from wanting to give up sometimes.

same as everyone else I suppose manual labor. I have put my life aside for the past few years to help an elderly family member who needs it. that keeps me busy most days. my father died new years eve so thats how my year started off. been in a pretty dark place since but still fighting on.
