I cant believe i have to miss Ariana Grande's concert tonight in Portland. This is depressing. Wanted to see her so bad and she may not come back to PDX. First world problems are real, just didnt have enough money or vacation time :nonono: :sad:

So sad I just couldn't afford tickets to Simon Posford n Co's last show :frown:. But, blessed I got to see him at least once... was last summer at Sonic Bloom Festival. Unreal show, one of the most surreal experiences of my entire life. The most amazing thing about it? Simon wore a butterfly / peacock looking costume, but that would have been hard for most to see, the only reason I could make him out so well was because I was front row against the rail. After the show, I swear to god, I am not making this up, he walked out the venue with everybody else. Out the regular exit, the one for normal people!!! Nobody noticed him because his face was covered but he was still wearing the costume, and at a festival like sonic bloom nobody looks twice at a man wearing a butterfly-peacock suit! Unreal .. a true legend of our time . I didn't approach him because I wanted to treat him like he is and how he wanted to be seen as... just another one of us. <3 wow

Thats an awesome story. One time, in Portland, after a show, he came on the microphone to thank anybody. I will never forget his unique accent. Thought that was really awesome.

Its crazy to think this is their last band show ever. I remember when i was young, dreaming of one day flying to the UK and seeing his band live. This show in Red Rocks is the next best thing. I hope they dont split the band after this one :sad:

I went to a DJ shpongle set at trees in Dallas a few years ago. I didn't know it was a DJ set (didn't pay attention to the details, just saw "shpongle" on the venue and I had just gotten into them/heard of them. I have never seen the full band. This should be a really great show! I'm really pumped that my brother is going with me too.

Also, looks like my rental car thing will not work out. Gunna have to use public transportation and Uber/Lyft for this trip. Hope it works out! Anyone familiar with the public transport between Morrison and Denver?

No, but I'm uber/ or lyfting to there from my house. That way I won't have to worry about tripping and driving etc...anyone ever sneak in a vape pen? It's metal so won't it set off those detectors and then they'll search you more thoroughly?

Yeah, my friend has a vape rig that doubles as a herb vaporizer. Its sick.

Im going semi-old skool with a Firecracker(R) joint.

so maybe hide the cart in another place? I have one hitter with a ceramic cig looking pipe, snuck that in before.Might be safer.:shrug: Then I have to sneak a toke though. Its much easier to vape a hit or 2.

SO I shouldn't bring a metal vape pen? I was thinking I could hide it in the bottom of my glasses case under the cloth cleaner things because they only open it and look, not dig through.

Custom-carts for the win.

Actually, a hybrid joint is just weed-based materials, but a hybrid of forms: a joint with ground up bud, dipped in extract oil and then rolled in kief.

Hide the extract oil, not the vape pen. Maybe bring a decoy cart that's filled with regular vape juice.
