Saying Napster has nothing to do with the illegal distribution is silly. We all know full well what it's used for. It's just a game to pretend it's all for legit purposes.

Why should napster be prosecuted for promoting copyright violations. Companies that provide products such as CD burners and Blank CD's encourage the same kind of copyright violations and no one seems to bug them. It all comes down to individual responsibility, Napster cannot be blamed for other peoples actions.
