Mullein is a really good base, then build from there.

I use mullein, mugwort, passiflora, blue lotus and lions tail as my standard. 5/2/1/1/1. Even straight mullein is good, just make sure you pick out all the sticks however you choose.

People use all sorts of stuff though. Damiana, weed and even tobacco are common.

A good ratio on your herb/spice/harmalas is 1/1/0.3.  :wink:

Mullein is good. Large surface area absorbs goodies well, light smoke, Easy on the lungs, not too overbearing flavor.

Only other herb I have used for changa is passionflower leaf, kinda gross tasting and a heavy smoke that burns hot.

I do want to try cappi leaf, I just need to quit being cheap and buy some.

Mullein is ideal in a lot of ways, not least of which is, you could probably locate a plant local. It will be a better flavor, color and texture than anything bought online.
