Massive 500 Quart Jar run system design sterilizer

/I have no fucken idea what the fuck to call it

Basically I'm pretty fucked at the moment (also got a bunch of myco-work)
Also I was pretty fucked when I got the idea
So maybe some of you have seen that cupboard thing on Mayer's vids for steam sterilizing of blocks

So I thought way not build my own
I'm thinking of getting like a trolley system for packing bags and jars of grain spawn and for packing wood blocks

And hook a barrel sterilizer to the thing let it steam

This would probably have to run at 0-PSI or near 0

Oh dear god I'm fucked so guys I'll continue this later
Basically as much input from as many people as possible.

Anyway
Here we go
Basic plan metal box inside another metal box with say 2 or 3 inch insulator, same as what's used for hot water geysers.

For size I have no idea how to calculate how much I need
So if it can fit 6 x 210L barrels its big enough

With this size heating it up and producing enough steam will be a problem (Maybe. . .)
So for now I'm thinking something down the line a hooking up a bubba barrel sterilizer to it have it completely filled up with water and run it(going to need a water feeder)

Because I'm bing as much of the grid as possible, the barrel will be beaten by a double gass burner.

On to the doors and sealing
I want to have a loading area(inside bagging room) and an unloading area(inside lab)

Fro sealing I'm thinking of having someone custom make me a rubber seal? ? ?(any input please)

I don't want any steam leaking out everywhere so I'll rather have a perfect seal and then a vent for the steam

I'll talk to some people that make things like this for a living and see if there's no way to get it to run at at least 2psi
I really really don't want to run this thing at 0psi

OK I think that's everything
Any input guys?

You might get better responses in gourmet and medicinal mushrooms than in the pub.
