Ok, I had to run to town to get a refund for an over charge from WalMart, and then use the proceeds to but beer an cigarettes, but that is besides the point...

On the way home, I switched the radio over to the local oldies station, and here was part of the line up...

California Dreaming -- Mamas and Papas
Unchained melody -- Righteous Brothers
Green Onions -- Booker T and the MGs (aka The Stax Rhythm section)
96 Tears -- ? and the Mysterions

Not a clunker in the lot. It doesn?t get much better than that! :laugh: :cool:

There used to be a radio station here, Sixty-Two Cool, oooh man me and my wold fone every day to the request line and lisa would put us on air, nothing but the oldie's.....Even to this day when i hear one of the song's they used to play, it's a "sixty-deuce" song...haha them was the day's....
