I actually bought seeds from them before, the Northernberry. I liked it.

Regarding legality, seeds are subject to similar restrictions to weed now. The province decides who can sell, and right now in Ontario that's just OCS.

I'll use the legal market if I can but with seeds it's just ridiculous. I want to get some autoflowers so they can be done way before fall.

I buy seeds from https://www.new420guyseeds.net/ His webpage is shit, but the guy is great, his seeds are sooo cheap and i got exactly what he said it was... not sure if he ships to canandana though :smile:

Well.. i kept seeing seeds for like 20-25 a seed and was like WTF?!?! i used to just eat the fuckers... so his deals are awesome.. the only seeds i want are a strain called "Laughing Buddha" but they are 25 each plus shipping... FOOOK THAT....

Jesus. is that 40+ euro per seed? F-THAT.. holy crap.. hahah what i hate right now is i'm in day 70 and plants are only bout 14" high.. super healthy but come on!! i figure by the time i dry/cure i will be 6 months into this crap...

I might try autoflowers next time, a buddy says never do them they are low on THC. BUT.. i wonder if they are so low you don't even feel it or they are like 15% rather than 20+

We're swimming in deer where I live. Check out a 5-wire baited fence. I had to run about 900'of fence and it was cheaper by far than all of the other options. It's 5 1/2 feet tall and baited with these metal soda caps that you put some apple-smelling goo into. The deer come over to sniff or lick and BAM! 9,000 volts right where it hurts the most. They learn very quickly. It's been up for almost 7 years and I've had exactly 2 deer get through (one was because I'm an idiot and left a gate open...).

Lop, just curious, have you done autos before? How is the potency? I'm thinking of trying a sativa auto.. My photos are at 70 days and not near flowering yet :frown:

Fucking jack herer is like 1' tall and just a bush.. it won't go vertical at all..

Potency, yes.
Yield, not by any chance.

Not that I've researched it, but under the right conditions with the right soil, you're easily looking at a pound (cured) per plant.
I'm just going to assume a harvest from an autoflower is maybe an ounce or two cured?

I've never grown an autoflower plant. Those of you that are, how much are you guys yielding form one plant per harvest?

I've only seen autoflower as either 1. A way for someone to learn a bit about growing if they've never done it before. 2. Growing outdoors too late in the season.

Yes, potency has come a long way in auto's and is comparable to photoperiods depending on the strain of course.

Yeah, yield isn't as good as photo's, but in the time it take to grow one photo plant you could grow 2 or more auto's so maybe it is comparable? I'm new to growing and never looked into it.

I don't have a scale so I don't weigh it, but I get at least 2 quart jars off each plant and I don't know what I'm doing really so that is good for me.

Autos are good if you're only growing for personal use because you can get a lot of variety and you can get it quickly. For me I don't really need a 10 foot plant of 1 kind of weed. I would rather have 5 or 6 smaller plants.

That is the thermal battery for my new greenhouse. Finally got the walls finished so now I get to start on the ductwork.
