Nerds %100 nerds are my favourite candy. I buy them all the time and take them to work in my lunch and people look at me with some great looks lol cuz I’m a dreaded man who will pull out a pack of nerds from his lunch box after having a sandwich or my pasta or whatever the fuck actual lunch was. Gotta have dessert and nerds are the best dessert.

Omg right. Back when candy wasn't candy unless it hurt to eat it. I once got this sour apple spray to stop my puppy from chewing wires, but she just licked it instead. So she would squeez behind the TV and lick fucking wires all day. Like Derpy derp derp, dog, find a better hobby.

Holy shit how could I forget about Shocktarts.

One time my mom got me a huge bag of them from SAMs and I ate the whole thing, I burnt my tongue and couldn't eat for like 2 days :rockon:

Whoppers are just misunderstood. They are a sucking candy but people treat them like a biting candy. When they just desolve in your mouth they are much more pleasant that when you bite them apart. If you want to bite them than bite them in half and press your tongue into the malt intill it desolvs under the force. I also like to dump them in my popcorn at the movie theater sometimes.

Yeah Whoppers are pretty decent.


I like making candy sometimes. I just use a Pyrex jug in the microwave. I like how the different stages can make such different candy when they cool.

That sounds dope. You make like hard candy or gummies? Im not too clear on where candy comes from, I always thought it was grown on farms by leprechauns.

I make weed candy some times. I put like an 8th of ground, decarbed weed in a large shot glass with two table spoons of butter,  then I tripple wrap it in foil and put a hair tie around it to keep moisture out. Then a put a little over an inch of water in the crockpot and set the shot glass in there on low heat. I leave it for around two hours while ocasionally shaking the mixture vigorously. I turn off the heat part way through to revent over heating, and never let the glass get to got to pick up. I then strain the mixture through a fine metal sifter. I take the butter and mix it with lightly double boiled chocolate. I use three pips worth for each table spoon. I pour the chocolate into ice cube trays shaped like skulls, then solidfy them in the freezer. I usually wrap them in foil and put them in a lock box in my freezer for storage. They are pretty good and my friends get excited when i pull some out for a fun occasion.

I haven't tried making gummies but I would like to.


Depending on what temperature you cook a sugar solution to (which determines water content), the texture will come out anywhere from syrup to chewy taffy to hard candy like toffee or peanut brittle. I use table sugar but it's supposed to be better to use at least some corn syrup to prevent crystallization. With straight sugar, you can run into problems where the whole mix rapidly crystallizes if disturbed too much or if some undissolved crystals remain. With most candy types you don't want crystals to form. Fudge is one exception, you cook the solution to a syrup like consistency and then beat it to get tiny crystals to form.

I love fudge. I aways buy it at the country fair every year from the 4 h club or whatever. I like the kind with marshmallows on top. Its so rich. Its sickening but also irresistible.
