Please somebody help me some serious shit went down and im afraid im going to blank myself idk if this is against the rules but i really neecld someone to talk to i dont want to die but i feel like this is the only option for me oh my gosh! I cant explain how much i hurt if this is against the rules im so sorry but i need urgent help!

My best friend / girlfriend just walked out idk if ill ever see her again idk why but she told me so much shit that her me so much. Im covered in blood . Im hurting so bad i didnt know this was possible.
